Does a person need to visit with a medium in order to have contact with their deceased loved ones?

Souls are always trying to let us know that they are with us, but often we miss the signs and the clues. Recurring thoughts, such as, why am I thinking of my dad all day today, are probably the easiest way souls try to make a connection with us. Watch for memories with a loved one that just pop into your mind. There can be smells. I smell mothballs whenever my grandmother is near. Really, anything that makes you stop and think of someone who is crossed over, is their giving you a little nudge to let you know that they are close by. Keep in mind that they can see us at any given time; we cannot see them, because our physical eyes cannot tap into their vibration. Ask a loved one to give you a sign that they are there, let the thought go, and before the day is over, you will receive a very clear sign that they are near and they can still hear you.
Are people who cross over always at peace?

That's a great question. I can only base this answer on personal experience. All the souls that I have ever channelled have come through with incredible love, peace and acceptance for where they are. If a person in the physical world was ill, physically or mentally, broken in a car accident, or just very old-all these conditions are left behind with their physical body. They are completely free from any negativity or ill feelings. When souls cross back over, the veil is lifted and they remember everything so there is no guesswork on the other side. They even remember all of the past lives that the soul has had before. There is no illness, no growing old and there is no work or school. There is just a beautiful, peaceful existence where souls are taking different classes to promote their own soul's evolution.

Oh yes, I am sure that you did. It is very common to have loved ones visit us in our dreams. They are usually very short and quick and always pleasant. In my experience, they never manifest in a negative way, like a reoccurring dream about someone in a vehicle accident. Dream visits can be very powerful. When you see your loved one free from cancer or free from the confines of a wheel chair, this can give you the reassurance that your loved one is close by and happy, healthy and free. Souls do this to help facilitate our healing. It is very common to dream a lot about someone soon after they have passed, so that we can see that they are not really gone and are as close as a thought or a dream away.
What happens to people who commit suicide?

It has been my experience that we all come into this world voluntarily and we all exit voluntarily. No one goes before his or her time. Whether they commit suicide, die of cancer or get hit by a bus, it is always a soul's choice to leave. I have channelled many, many souls who have crossed as a result of suicide. Every soul has always come through with reassurnce to their family that they have found what they are looking for, which is, "inner peace". There are a lot of theories about what happens to suicides, such as, they boomerang back, or that they are judged or punished in some way. From my experience, these are simply not true. Rest assured that they are in the same wonderful and loving place as the rest of your family.
